Good evening friends in this community. It is my pleasure to tell you how I spent my Wednesday at Pwan office, Alaba branch.

# Introduction
Pwan (Property  World African Network), since it's inception 9 years ago, has always had the vision of training it's PBO's (Pwan Business  Owner) in order for them to excell in real estate network marketing. We are over 10,000 free lance  marketers in 32 affiliate companies to the Pwan Group. These have different training centers in different states of the federation.

My own training center is Alaba International Market branch. Every Wednesday, we hold our seminars. So this  week, I really maximised the training program and the topic is "Recruiting Beyond Numbers".  It stated at 10.30am and ended at about few minutes after 1pm.

The need to get people on board in any network business cannot be over emphasized.  This popular statement is really true, 'if you want to go fast, you go alone, but if you want to go far, you go with people. This seminar gives me the needed knowledge and skills on how to  turn my network into networth, to think like an entrepreneur, getting a good number of people on board in the real estate industry as well as other business like Steemit.

At the of end of the training, I got some materials for marketing. I also got one person on board, so he filled out our recruitment form.

Meanwhile, this week's training afforded me the opportunity to introduce Steemit to one of the trainees.  After discussing  various online platforms for earning, I introduced Steemit as one in a million to her. I showed her my profile, what I have done so far from various communities we have in Steemit , especially what I have earned, she became very much interested.


I explained further to her what she can do to come on board, how she can earn steem dollars, how much steem dollars is to naira and how she can buy steem and allow it to grow. She was thoroughly convinced . We book appointment to meet again next week as she will make arrangement to join steemit. 

# Conclusion
It was really a beautiful day for me despite the poor weather.  I look forward to next week's training, as I keep on inviting people and using this also as a good  ground for introducing Steemit to those in attendance. I also want to see how I can promote steem in this field.
