A new day is beginning, and nothing better than starting it off full of energy. That is why it is necessary to start the day with a good breakfast, which provides our body with the necessary nutrients. For this we must include in our diet constructing foods (proteins and milky), energetic foods (cereals, sugars, fats) and regulating foods (fruits and vegetables).

Our breakfast today has a little bit of all this, making it ideal to start the day off on the right foot, besides, it is a simple and quick recipe to prepare.

<center><h1>Oatmeal pancakes with strawberry jam</h1></center>

<strong>Ingredients</strong>
<li>1 1/2 cups oatmeal</li>
<li>3 fresh eggs</li>
<li>1 cup of warm liquid milk</li>
<li>1/2 tsp baking powder</li>
<li>2 tbsp. melted butter</li>
<li>2 tbsp. of sugar</li>
<li>1 tsp vanilla</li>
<li>A pinch of salt</li>

<h3>Preparation:</h3>

We will start by mixing the eggs one by one, with the milk, vanilla and butter. Then we add the oatmeal, the baking powder, the sugar and a pinch of salt. We mix well until all the ingredients are integrated and we obtain a homogeneous and smooth mixture.

Now place a pan or a budare over medium heat, grease it with a little oil and pour a little of the mixture spreading it out in a circular motion. When the dough begins to show bubbles, it is time to turn the pancake to cook on the other side.
