### WHAT IS KINDNESS

>Kindness is an attribute or state of taking an active interest in the welfare of others, friendly and helpful acts or favors.

Jehovah God was the first to show kindness and the best example for all to follow and he is showing kindness in so many ways toward others, even toward the unthankful and wicked, encouraging them to repentance. Christians are admonish and advise to clothe themselves with kindness and to develop the fruitage of God’s spirit, which includes kindness. When we show favour and do good to others, the rewarder of everything  we do will reward us abundantly.

>There's this saying the older ones use to say that if we give out what is in our hands and it's remains empty that it will be refill with another one but if it's full of things that the new ones can not enter because the hands will remain closed as a fist.

The Bible encourages us to be kind to others,so if  we're kind to people we are keeping Gods commandment that says we should be kind to everyone and by so doing we also imitate him.
 
**We can show kindness to people in many ways :**

* We can be kind by our words

* We can be kind by our deeds

 It's not necessary that we show kindness to people only when we have much but we can share the litle we have with others and that is the real act of kindness that will gives us joy, because there's more happiness in giving than there's in recieving.

### WHO CAN SHOW KINDNESS AND WHY?

Everyone can show kindness irrespective of the age since kindness it is a quality we need to cultivate, and a commandments so we need to obey. So Men and Women, Young and Old all needs to show kindness to people especially if we have what it takes within our reach, it should be something we practice on daily basis.

* The reason we need to show kindness is that When we are kind we will have inner peace, joy and happiness, that will make us feel good and have sense of satisfaction.

* Kindness will help us to have a good relationship with others.

### HAVE YOU SHOWN SOMEONE KINDNESS BEFORE?

YES I was brought up by my parents and seen them being kind to a lot of people and also Benefits from doing so, they always advised and encourage me to be kind to all sought of people that God will bless me in doing so that is the reason I love being kind to others, and I have more blessings from that.

### HOW DID YOU DO THAT? 

• I like  to help people when they're in need by giving them money, clothe, shoes and food stuff

• I help aged people in carrying their loads

• I mind the way I talk to people and always avoid abusive words

• I avoid hurting people's feeling by my words and actions

• I love showing sympathy and empathy to people

• I like helping aged ones in their chores when necessary

• I like to give corrections to younger ones when they are wrong

• I like visiting ophanage and share the litle I have with them

• I like helping the sick ones by attending to them patiently, reassured them, and offer help when need arise

### AND HOW DID THE RECIPIENT FEEL?

They are always excited, happy, joyful and pray for God's blessings for me.

### HAS ANYONE SHOWN YOU KINDNESS BEFORE?

YES, a lot people showed me kindness in many ways like handling some task for me, helping at home, running an errand for me when necessary, buying me gift and talking to me in kind manners.

### HOW WAS YOUR FEELING WHEN YOU WERE SHOWN KINDNESS?

I'm always excited, happy and grateful to the act of kindness shown to me by people, and this makes me to cherish it so well and I can never forget about it.

### HOW DID YOU LEARNED KINDNESS AND WHERE?

As i said before i learned kindness from my parents right from childhood and from the most high God Jehovah in the bible who is the first person to show kindness to everyone

### HOW WILL THE WORLD BE LIKE IF EVERYONE CULTIVATES THIS QUALITY?

• The whole world would be a better place for everyone to live

• People will not be having issue with one another

• Begging will not be rampant 

• There will be good relationship among people

• Love and unity will exists among people me
