I started this last night a bit randomly, just playing around with the 'Coastline Sunset' instrument, in Analog Dreams, another Kontakt instrument from the Native Instruments Komplete Start package. This is Track 1, and wound up being the basis for the track. There are basically two parts, in Pinks/Purples, and Blue, respectively. The Pinks/Purples are all the same progression essentially, except for variation in cutoff. The song is in Ebminor, though in the Blue section, there is a temporary substitution for an Ebmajor, which only happens one time. I think this second/Blue part should probably repeat 2x at the end, as I like the idea of building up to it, but here, it suddenly just goes back to the A part.</div>

I was thinking of saving up some money and just splurging on the full set of these, as it would be great to spend some serious time going through and creating some more customized sounds. However, a lot of the defaults are pretty great, and definitely worked here. Track 3 is probably my favorite, which just provides a little line over certain parts of the A section, adding some nice harmonies. Track 5 was a drum kit, which I sort of warped and gated to get a weird glitchy effect, but I think this needs to be edited big time. I was hoping this would provide the kicks, but they got lost in the craziness, so I'm going to cut off all the low-end, so the glitchy sounds can still be heard, but then add a regular kick to the pattern. I also need to change the snares, or at least double them up, as the sound used here is really thin.</div>
