**Colossians 3:15 And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to the which also ye are called in one body; and be ye thankful.**
Peace is the perfect serenity of the heart as a result of the fulfillment brought to us by God's presence.
It is one thing to receive this peace from God, but allowing it to rule our hearts is a decision to be taken consciously by us.
Today, the Spirit of God speaks of this Divine peace in the context of its expression towards people. It is the heartbeat of God that we enjoy peace with people around us.
This is significant because one of the fruits of the Spirit of God that ensures that God's presence is consistent in our lives is PEACE.
Where there's quarrel, fighting, malice and unforgiveness, the Spirit of God can't dwell there.
What then is the essence of our walk with God if God is not with us!
Give peace a chance between you and your family, neighbors, brethren in church, fellow workers, schoolmates and everyone.
Be thankful to God for the fulfillment of His presence and the manifestation of His blessings.
His peace will crumble the sorrows and struggles of life.
