So I’ve been playing around a lot recently with chia seeds because (funny story), some of my family members seemed to think I really like them and brought me at least 3 giant bags of them in a short period of time. I mean, I do really like them but it’s probably going to take me months to go through so many. Ergo, I’ve been trying to get a head start.

This recipe might be kinda OTT as far as the presentation. Let's be real, you're probably going to put it in a plastic container and eat it all mixed together, but it's way more fun to make it pretty. You can just decide based on how you want to serve them. Jars, glasses, bowls, or whatever you’d like, all will work for these. I would recommend glass of course, because then you can see all the pretty layers, but that’s not a hundred percent necessary.
