### 🌞 Fun Down in the Valley  As the heat wave begins to hit South Korea and the new season of summer settles in, we decided to get out of the city and go for a drive up in the mountains to go play in the water. 폭염이 한국에 오기 시작하며 새로운 여름철이 되고, 우리는 도시를 벗어나 물놀이 하기 위해 산으로 드라이브하러 가기로 했어요.  We pumped air into the boat and let the kids have a nice little boat ride on the water. They had a really great time splashing around in the water. The kids found snails and one little dinky fish. 우리는 보트에 공기를 펌프로 집어넣고 아이들이 물에 보트를 탔어요. 그들은 물을 철벅철벅튀기면서 정말 좋은 시간을 보냈어요. 아이들은 작은 다슬기와 작은 물고기 딱 한 마리를 잡았어요.  # Cute, isn't it? I am happy that you brought your kids to cool off and have fun in the water. @gungho It will be in their sweet memory with you when they grow up :) It is the rainy season here in my place but the rain comes and goes, I am expecting heavy rains soon. :/

The weather in Korea is getting hotter and hotter. I'm afraid of the air conditioner and its electricity bill actually... It can rack up to 1000's of dollars a month. We have to find ways to escape the heat naturally and stay away from the air conditioner as much as possible, as it can cause coughing and colds and the such. I think the basement of our apartment complex is the coolest place to be, however, there's nothing to do down there because it is just a parking lot and a sauna/shower room and some offices. I hear the rainy season where you live is not fun. One time, your roof leaked, no? I sure hope you got that fixed...

I hope that you could cope well with that heat in Korea, I do not understand why Korea gets so hot though. Big shady places away from the rays of the sun gets to cool like basements. Just always take care not to get dehydrated. :) @gungho
