Assalamu Alikum, everyone. How are you? Hope that you are fine. Here is my daily diary on 6th Jan 2021. 

Today I woke up at 6:15 am. Then I did my ablution and performed the Fajr prayer at home. After doing some dua and dhikr, I drank warm water with honey. I also ate cumin seeds, sweet potatoes and a banana. Then I decided not to sleep for the second round. Instead, I started to walk on the treadmill. I walked for 30 minutes. As a routine, I watched a youtube lecture. I continued to watch the lecture by Nouman Ali Khan that I started the previous day but couldn't finish. When the walk was finished, the video was still unfinished. Then I worked on the laptop until the office time. Today I had duty at another clinic as a reliever doctor because the doctor of that clinic took a day off. The duty was at 9 am. But we started from my home 15 minutes earlier and went by car, arranged by the clinic. Before that, I had my breakfast with oatmeal. My son was asleep when I left home.

_Another clinic_

Morning shit duty was quite relaxing with only 6 patients. In the middle, I went to the supermarket opposite the clinic and bought some groceries and vegetables. I took the PCR samples from 7 persons during the morning shift. Before leaving the office, I performed my Zuhr prayer at my chamber. I reached home at around 1:30 pm. 

My son was waiting for me when I reached home. So, after washing my hands and face, I took him outside for a few minutes. Then I had my lunch with vegetables. Afterwards, had some fruits such as orange, grapes and banana. Then, talked to my mother over the Facebook messenger. Afterwards,  my son fell asleep for his afternoon nap. I then sat on the laptop and browsed a few sites. At around 3:30 I again walked on the treadmill for 14 minutes and finished watching the video by Nouman Ali khan. Then I had my bath, performed the Asr prayer as home and headed for the clinic at 4:15 pm.

Evening shit duty was similar to the morning one; fewer patients. I performed my Maghrib prayer at the chamber. I went to the nearby supermarket for the second time and bought a few more items. When Isha time came,  I performed my Isha prayer at the chamber.  I did consult patients from time to time, infrequently. At 9:30 pm, I left the office and headed home.

After reaching home, I played with my son, and my wife did her cooking things. I had my dinner with one fried item I don't know the English name. Afterwards, I tried my son to sleep and at around 11:30 he fell asleep.  Then I worked for a while on the Internet.  After midnight, I walked on the treadmill for around half an hour and watched a lecture by Dr Yasir Qadhi on the arrival of Imam Mahdi.  Al last I went for sleep at 1 am.
