# So possession of cannabis is fully legal In South-Africa, but you can not distribute. Our regulators have until 2020 to put regulations in place.

But all possession cases are null and void as of earlier this year. And our constitution court ruled it is unconstitutional to incriminate someone for possession of cannabis. There is lots of uncertainty about things, but what we know is no police can use harassment against us. 

This means we are able to use cannabis recreationaly in our private properties.

Which enables us to grow it without any worry of repercussions. The growing community has exploded recently and everyone seems to be growing.

I would like to introduce you to my OG Kush plant. She is a cutting from a mother plant.

We are in southern hemisphere so mid summer for us. But she for some reason wants to start flowering. She has plenty of sun. Much more that 12h, but you can also shine a simple flash light on them to stop them from flowering at night a few times.

It is still quite a young plant and I want it to grow much larger before flowering.

I just planted another plant that I germinated just yesterday. My dogs love to eat my sproutlings so I have to keep a eye on them. The bricks are there to gaurd against them trampling the poor plants. They love to bark at other dogs across the fence on the open park.

I think I have had her for about 1 month now and she looks amazing I am so excited.

I will be smoking her and using her leaves to juice.
