예정에 없는 점심 약속이었다.
아침에 사무실에 출근했는데, 생일축하 점심에 초대하는 메일이 와 있었다. 그 식당이름은 "홍수계"
한번도 들어본적 없던 이름.
홍수계는 찜닭식당이다. 한국식 닭요리집 프랜차이즈인데 약간의 퓨전스타일이 가미된 메뉴가 있다.
내부 인테리어는 잘 정리되어 있고, 한국식과 현대적인 감성이 섞여있습니다. 괜찮네요.
우리는 나폴리치즈로 토핑된 안동찜닭을 주문했는데, 소스가 꽤나 괜찮않다.
약간 매우면서 달콤하고 그리고 느끼하지 않았다.
홍수계는 자체 소스공장을 서울 인근에 보유하고 있다고 들었다. 고기는 부드럽게 넘어가는 식감이 좋았고, 소스의 맛이 잘 스며들어 있어 좋았다.
식사의 말미에 야채가 올라간 공기밥을 주문하였다.
소스에 비벼먹으면 꽤나 괜찮은데, 너무 많이 소스를 버무리면 조금 짜기는 하니 적당하게.
친구와 가족과 다시 가려고 하는 그리고 가도 괜찮을 잘 정돈된 맛이 꽤나 괜찮은 찜닭집.

It was an unexpected appointment for lunch.
When I came to office, I fould an email that invites all team memebers to a birthday celebrating lunch.
The place for a lunch was Hongsugye.
I hadn't heard even once that restaurant name at that time.
Hongsugye is "Jjimdak" a Korean style spicy braised chicken franchise, and some dishes are fusion cuisine.
The interior decoration is well organized and arranged with Korean style and modern emotion.
We ate 3 dishes of Jjimdak that topped with Naples cheese.
The sauce is a bit spicy and sweet, but not greasy.
I heard that Hongsugye has its own sauce production plant near Seoul.
The chicken is so soft and well marinated with spicy and soybean sauce.
You can order additional bowl of rice that topped with vegetables. It would be good to have it mixing with Jjimdak sauce.
I would like go there again with my friend or family again. Well organized and prepared restaurant with good quality dishes.
