Ireland lost after an abysmal first half. I fell asleep with only a few minutes to go in it but they were terrible. Irish journalist managed to somehow give ratings of 4 and 5s to most players and a 5 to Joe Schmidt. I have no idea what match those journalists were watching but there is no world where Schmidt deserves a passing grade for that performance. I'd rate him a low 1 out of 10.

Glad he's gone. Serious rebuilding to do to aim higher in the next WC. Honestly play ok for 4 years and become the number 1 team in the world coming into the competition only to lose to Japan and get murdered by New Zealand (effectively due to simple school boy errors not down to NZ greatness imo anyway). 

Something should be said about dropping Simon Zebo due to moving from Ireland, dropping the NOT GUILTY of rape Paddy Jackson and leaving Devon Toner behind in lieu of someone is definitely not Irish. IRFU and Schmidt have a lot to answer for consistently under performing at the rugby world cups.
