Why revolutions don't work

There have been many revolutions through out the course of history, yet we seem to have the same problems as the oldest civilizations we have a record of, we still have centralized money that get inflated until they are worth nothing, pointless mining less wars, poverty etc. Some things have improve, however they are minor and superficial improvements.

Sometimes simply looking at the origin of the word can offer a lot of clarity, I think revolution is one of that cases:

From Late Latin revolutionem (nominative revolutio) "a revolving," noun of action from past participle stem of Latin revolvere "turn, roll back".

Basically revolution means to revolve to come back form where you left. As societies will progress more and more people will start to realize the nature of their position in society and recognize the injustice to which they are exposed almost on daily basis.

And because there is no immediate solution, you can't stop the injustice to which the government of your country is subjecting you by yourself, you kinda have to tolerated for a while. This generally speaking leads to apathy, which is the precursor to poverty, not only you are not producing any money for yourself, but if you don't make any more money you also will not be able to pay tax.

Which makes you an unproductive slave, to what good it is to own slaves if they are not going to produce anything. Whenever there are enough people who fallen in to apathy, it means that you can no longer manipulate people whit lies anymore, it means that the majority of the people realize that they were simply in a cult and that their freedom was nothing than an illusion.

So when lies stop working you switch to the other available tool through which you can abuse people, violence. Revolution it is simply the equivalent of the whipping that plantation slaves used to receive in order to remain productive.

Only that of course now you can't apply the punishment directly because slavery was "abolished", so it all have to be done in the name of a good cause, like war against terrorism or fascism etc.

And the violence will continue until, you find some other lies that people will swallow, and think that they are free, so they will start to produce again. Until they will figure out again the lies, and then it is just a matter of repeating this entire process to maintain perpetual slavery.

Whenever mankind will face boundaries, be it of any kind, there will be efforts to break it and those efforts will lead to the revolution. So revolution is inevitable, it is a timeless process. Until and unless human realize there true nature, there is no end to it.
