 I got back on the mat yesterday as 6 of us got together for some secret training. It looks like the Hawaii government is going to extend the stay at home order until the end of June with gyms opening last. So we said F this we are going to train. The thing that was sore was that my knees and face got all scraped up from the Gi. When I took the top my knees felt so raw it really irritated me. I also was rolling back to back and ended up getting tired. Good to be back on the mat.
