Prawn & Sotong Omelette

Today i have my dinner at the hawker stall center near my place.

This stall sel Fried loh bak gao and seafood Omelette .

Here is the stall menu.

I wanted to order a medium size Sotong Omelette for RM11.50. However the stuff told me not much left , he suggest a mix one with prawn on it.

The dish consists of an omelet with a filling primarily composed of prawn and sotong. Starch (typically potato starch) is mixed into the egg batter, giving the resulting egg wrap a thicker consistency. Pork lard is often used to fry the resulting omelet. Depending on regional variations, a savory sauce may then be poured on top of the omelette for added taste.

The stall open from 4pm to 11 50pm everydays.

The hawker is located at the RDS Restaurant building. You can come here by LRT by going to Wangsa Maju station.
