Hello fellow steemians, I trust we are all doing well. I Just want to take my fellow steemians through how to prepare my favorite meal, rice and stew and how much it cost in steem. The table below shows ingredients needed and their prices in steem. Ingredients | Price in steem --------- | ---------- onion | 0.3 pepper | 0.1 --------- | ---------- carrot | 0.2 green pepper | 0.1 --------- | ---------- fresh tomatoes | 0.2 oil | 1 --------- | ---------- tomato paste | 1 1 cup of rice | 1 --------- | ---------- TOTAL | 4 To prepare the stew, wash your fresh pepper and blend it. Slice your tomatoes, onions, green pepper, carrot, separately.  Place a clean source pan on fire and put in oil. After it has heated, add in your blended pepper and allow it to fry for about seven minutes before adding your slice onions. This gives the food a nice aroma without adding in any species. Add your slice tomatoes and tomato paste to it and fry till the sour taste of the tomato goes away. You now add in your carrot, green pepper, canned fish and maggi and allow to boil for seven minutes. Stew is ready. For the rice, get a clean pot, place it on fire and add one and liter of water and allow it to boil for five minutes. Pour in your rice and allow it boil till the water dries up. Lower your source of heat and leave it for ten minutes. Rice is now ready to serve with stew.  Rice and stew is vey easy to prepare and less costly too in steem.
