Walk with me at Thessaloniki

In yesterday’s post I shared me photos from the Paralia of Thessaloniki.

Paralia is the place to be not only during daytime but also at night. It’s an equally beautiful walk.

We have this artistic umbrella piece of art with spectacular lighting.

It is so impressive that many people choose for their wedding photo. And of course has its fair share of selfies.

And there are more things to do. During summertime there are boat that take 30 min cruises from one side of the paralia to the other. I would have to admit they are overpriced ( and overrated if you ask me ) but you have to do it at least once when you are in Thessaloniki.

In the Paralia area there more interesting buildings and activities to do.

Like this unique church.

Or the Thessaloniki Auditorium where you can see Theater plays and Concerts.

While you read this I will be in a coach returning to Athens.

And why coach you may ask. Don’t you have planes?

We have airplanes and I was supposed to return early in the morning, but there is a situation that involves a family case that seems that I am the only one that can deal with it and a certain civil service where in typical Greek fashion you have to go over and over again …
