## My experience with Steem and other blockchains

My name is Andrés, I am a computer engineer from Venezuela.


I started with this world of cryptocurrencies years ago, I did not get to invest, but through BTC faucets, I managed to earn my first satoshis when the Bitcoin was trading at $400.

From there my interest in this crypto world increased exponentially, my brother introduced me to Steemit in December 2017, when the Bitcoin almost reached $20,000 and Steem reached its all-time high of $7.94.

I finally created my first account in January 2018, after a few months I decided to create this account (@imagen) and the old one I gifted to a family member. I have 3 years and 2 months since I started with my first account, and my @imagen account turns 3 years on the platform in May 2021.

Steemit has been my main platform, but over the years I have tested infinite Blockchain dedicated applications, participated in dozens of Airdrops and used different tokenized platforms.

I am the administrator of a growing curation community with more than 100 users on Discord, I am the official translator of the @ACOM account and I find myself developing some projects related to Steemit with Javascript and Phyton, creating applications with Steemit APIs, such as an automatic curator or automated Discord bots, among other things.

Combining Blockchain with computing is my passion, and my biggest project is still under development together with other computer engineers. 

I took a cryptocurrency trading course months ago and I keep in contact with the academy, I have also had the opportunity to meet and discuss with professional investors and cryptocurrency analysts, who are now my friends.


During my course in Steemit I have had the opportunity to participate in different communities such as: Actifit, Dlive, Sndbox, Steemonster, Steem hunt, Drug wars, Steemitslotgames, Originalworks, Dtube, Tasteem, Utopian-io, Tipu, Minnowbooster, Steempress, Busy.org among many others.

## Why should I be chosen as a professor?



#

These years have served me to research and acquire knowledge about the Blockchain, I am constantly learning every day. I read multiple articles, follow professional analysts and investors and do my own research frequently. 

My experience has allowed me to make the decision to make several investments in the Blockchain:

This is a screenshot of one of my wallets, as you can see I have CHZ, ADA, BNB, BTC, BTT and USDT, I have more cryptocurrencies and ERC-20 Tokens in other wallets.


  I have the necessary knowledge to be able to develop this activity in the best possible way. 


I use several pages to detect plagiarism in publications, one of them is [plagium](https://www.plagium.com/es/detectordeplagio), I take into account the level of markdown used in the publications and evaluate in detail that the content has coherence.

I like to leave my personal opinions followed by corrections and suggestions for a better development of the publication.

#### What do I propose?



I have seen that there are many Spanish speaking participants participating in the crypto academy, I could be a bridge between the academy and these users, as traditional translators are usually not very accurate and the lack of knowledge can be a difficulty for these users. Likewise, I can publish in English without any problem.
