How many choose my New year's resolutions right now here we are in the New year.. first by the way I'm doing this all this voice to text

So item one is to lose weight I know I know losing weight is both a cliche is not how you're supposed to phrase that particular goal you need to phrase at as a series of concrete actions number one of my concrete actions is 2 everyday work on writing down everything I eat and the nutritional value of those things I'm going to use the app MyFitnessPal if active fit which I know everybody loves on steemit had a recording nutrition database I would use that
so if you're listening active fit that's the thing that would get me to use you more or at all okay second item on my to-do list I guess there should be more things on the how to lose weight thing probably things about exercise and stuff but I feel like 5 minutes is coming soon so I'm just going to keep talking about other things I guess it's not really a resolution to just supposed to do a Happy New year to you too I want to make theater in the new year I don't know other thing I don't know I guess I'm done thinking about things that it's already feeling hopeless about my resolutions is that true l I want a that's necessarily true exactly I would just say that I'm tired because guess what babies babies babies wake up in the middle of the night or even not the middle of the night but the early morning may not really sleep right so I'm hoping over the next couple of days that because we won't be sharing a room with Lachlan we've been I got to go back up so you know what's going on we've been sharing a room with Lachlan because my parents have been in town until they've been sleeping in our bedroom anyways that's not how you spell my son's name
