# Polarity
The [Kybalion](http://www.kybalion.org/kybalion.php), which contains the principles from which Natural Law is derived, states, on p.74, in the Chapter POLARTITY, which is the 4th Hermetic Principle: *"A mental scientist bringing his own mind up to the desired vibration by his trained will, and thus obtaining the desired polarization, can in his own case, then produces a similar mental state in the other by induction, the result being that the vibrations are raised and the person polarizes toward the Positive end of the scale instead toward the Negative, and his Fear and other negative emotions are transmuted to Courage and similar positive mental states."*

# The War on Terror: Terrorism

Ever since the 9-11 and the Patriot Act, our "government" and the "media" have been creating a state of Terror among the people to keep us in a state of fear, and some might say for a purpose. I am not going to go into that here, except to say that it has become a cultural norm to suspect the worst in everything...

Some of us have done this to ourselves because of childhood conditions. We have been living in a distorted reality governed by Fear for a very long time and it is the norm to us and we do not even know we are living that way. Some of us have varying states of what could be termed "mental illness", but which is simply NEGATIVE THINKING.

I am one of the latter. I personally took the 7-day mental diet back in 2007 and it changed my mind completely. This is not some fluffy refusal to see Truth. It is, instead a way to get out of the habit of only seeing the worst and thereby producing bad results in everything.

This Diet is free - it is available online and I just grabbed it from some random website - it is on many. This diet is a way to change the habit of negative thought and rise above it to a state of neutrality. From a state of neutrality, we make our best decisions - not governed by one extreme or another. Not promoting or opposing any causes. From neutrality, we can receive intuitive thought which can see around corners, thus saving ourselves infinite suffering as a result of reactionary thinking and actions.
