These pressure have a high tendency to get the mind of the business owner distracted and when the business owner gets distracted, it is definite that the business will also suffer it.

Customers always want everything about the business to satisfy them without minding if it is going to favour the business or not, employees also want to be satisfied without minding if it has a good or bad effect on the business owner. This pressure is bound to happen and if not controlled, it will begin to affect the health of the business owner.

Asides from the pressure from customers and employees, the pressure from relationships will also be there, an entrepreneur will always have issues arising from their spouse and children, these close relatives will always make a demand for attention and love just like the business will also be demanding.

Negative media effect, we are in the age of social media where news travel very fast and the media is even more interested in sharing negative news than positive ones, you might just wake up one day to find that your business has been publicly blackmailed on social media and the news is something you cannot even comprehend.

A new competitor causes serious pressure on the mind of the competitor, especially when the competitor appears stronger and more equipped, it causes a lot of pressure in the mind of the competitor.

Being able to meet up with deadlines is another reason why a business owner may get tensed and pressured. Customers are never going to joke with a business owner who misses a deadline so meeting up with deadlines is another thing entrepreneurs get really pressured about.

#### How to deal with the pressure when they appear.
As an entrepreneur, it is important to know how to handle this pressure whenever they come around, imagine what the worst case scenario of that situation can be, if you think you can handle the worst case scenario already even if it is going to hurt, then you can just keep calm and enjoy the process while you give in your best.

Before you become really pressured, try to point out some of those things that are within your power to control and then other things that you cannot control on your own, those things that are not within your power to control should be discarded then you work on those things that can be controlled, that way pressure is limited.

Ask a deep and sincere question about the reason behind those difficulties that give room to pressure, answer the questions sincerely, look for methods of creating solution to the problems and simply just move on. It is as simple as that, I do not have to remind you about what pressure could cause to your health, it is necessary for entrepreneurs to remain healthy and sound and so is the business.
