Mormons vs. Jesus is the Way

Last weekend two young Mormon missionaries came by my house. We talked theology and it seemed we agreed on everything, but they left me with a mormon bible and I said I would look into it and it wasn't what I expected.

It seems to me everything significant and meaningful is different?

Is Jesus the only begotten Son? Yes or no.
Is God a holy trinity? Yes or no.
Are we saved by grace or works?

I believe in the God of the bible, and the bible states that is Jesus. Moreover, the bible is clear Jesus is sufficient, that he is the way, not our way, not one way, not a way, but THE WAY.

The closer I look the more their faith seems foreign and unfamiliar.

To me we are saved by Jesus, the only Son of God, who was given as propitiation to pay the debt we owed, making a way for our reconciliation with the Father, as a gift of grace and mercy, not because we deserve it by works.

We are not gods and cannot be god, we are but Christ's humble body and any crown we earn here will be a trifle we cast down before our King in heaven to come.

Lord help me ask the right questions and in the right way.
