 I forgot I still have chickens im the fridge, and I was thinking of what to cook. I thought of cooking adobo, but I don't have any other ingredients so I waited until today, the schedule of delivery of my orders. When my brother got home, I was surprised he brought home tofu, which I had been waiting for a long time to be available in the supermarket. Thus, I decided to add tofu, and even saba banana for adobo, instead of potatoes alone. ### Ingredients: * Chicken * Soy sauce * Vinegar * Potatoes * Saba banana * Tofu * Sugar * Black pepper (whole) * Tarragon leaves (Mccormick) * Onions * Garlic ### Procedure: * Chop the onions and garlic. * Slice the potatoes, and saba banana. * Fry three loaves of tofu, and slice them in squares afterwards.  * Heat the pan with cooking oil, then sauté the onion and garlic.  * Sauté the chicken along with the onions and garlic.  * Add water, soy sauce, and vinegar. As it boils, add pepper, sugar, and tarragon leaves.  * Add the potato slices as the sauce us boiling.  * Add the saba banana, and don't overcook.  * Add the fried tofu slices. Cook for at least 2 minutes.  * Once it is done, serve while it is still hot with rice.  ### Bon Appétit!
