Slow cooker ribs

What you will need:

1 rack baby back ribs
salt
pepper
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup BBQ sauce
1/2 cup water
1/2 onion slice
1 clove minced garlic

Directions:

1. Season ribs with salt and pepper
2. Pour water, bbq sauce and brown sugar into slow cooker stir until mixed
3. Layer the ribs in the crock pot then top with minced garlic and onions
4. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours (I prefer low)
5. Remove from crock pot, baste ribs with more bbq sauce and broil in oven for 10 minutes until sauce is caramelized

I didn't take it but thanks, I would love to photograph all my recipes but I currently don't have a camera and actually cooking these dishes daily would bankrupt me! I have made this in the past though and the ribs were delicious!
