# I've been meeting a ton of awesome musicians lately. One of them is [Lauren Mayer](https://www.facebook.com/LaurenMayerMusic/), who asked me to put some violin to her originals and covers at a show at "C'est What?" in Toronto on Saturday. C'est What? is a cozy little bar in a below-ground space that has great cask beers, ciders and kombucha on tap! Lauren has a music theatre background, which is why she has such a powerful and amazing storytelling voice. Here's one of her originals, "Home", with me improvising a fiddle part.
