I said it yesterday and here it is again, on my Steem wall.

Now this is from what I see, only for "International" markets, not yet available in The USA.

I have no doubts that PAL tokens will be available in The USA via Bittrex very soon too.

For those of you with an IP in the USA and who don't wish to work around it to see what I am congratulating PAL on, here is a screenshot:
