Galaxy Down Under. Brickstone Brewery.

Brickstone Brewery is located in Bourbonnais, Illinois, and I’ve noticed they’re beers on tap at a lot more places recently.  Galaxy Down Under is a seasonal American Pale Ale that is brewed with Australian galaxy hops.  The beer pours a beautiful golden color, with aromas of citrus.  The beer had a nice tropical flavor, with just the right amount of bitterness.

I’ve already gone through a few six packs of this beer, so obviously I’m a bit biased.  But I think this is the perfect beer for a hot summer day.
