<p>This is @jeseemei, I will give you some tips about improving your English skills, including the four (4) core skills - <b>Reading</b>, <b>Writing</b>, <b>Speaking</b>, and <b>Listening</b>!</p>

<p>I am a <b>Journalist</b> in our school, the English language is significant in writing articles - <b>News</b>,<b>Editorial</b>,<b>Feature</b>, or even a <b>Sports</b> article. </p>
<p>We also use this medium in <b>Radio</b> and <b>TV Broadcasting</b>.

<p>English is known as the <i>International Language.</i> </p>
<li>We use it even when we travel. </li>
<li> It is used in our workplace. </li>
<li>Used to communicate with other people in different countries.</li>
<li>Even the websites in the internet are mostly in this language. </li>

<center><h5><i>Tips to Improve your English Skills! </i></h5></center>

1. Watch English TV shows or movies. This will help you improve your grammar and even your pronunciation. Also, if you encounter an unfamiliar word, you can look it up in the dictionary.
2. Aside from watching, you can also Read books - such as novels, short stories, and others. You can also read even the articles on the internet.
3. You can start reading children's books since it has easier words.
4. Surround yourself with people who speak the language.
5. When you learn a new word, you should know all its forms. <i> Example: Beauty (Noun) , Beautiful (Adjective) , Beautifully (Adverb) .
6. Learn the proper stress of a word. Some words are different depending on the stress. <i>Example: REcord (noun) , reCORD (verb).
7. Do not stress yourself out in learning the English language or improving your skills. Take it easy, it takes time.
8. Ask for help with someone who knows the English language very well.
9. In speaking, try to list 10 words and read it in front of a mirror. Try to get the proper pronunciation.
10. In memorizing, list down 5-10 words. Read it once or twice and after, try to remember the words. Check how many you forgot and remembered.
11. Talking in English is the most effective way in enhancing your grammar.
12. Punctuation marks are very important!
13. Spelling is a must. 
14. Listen to English music and try to familiarize yourself with the lyrics and words.
15. Always keep a dictionary or a dictionary app if you like. In this way, if you encountered a word that is not familiar to you, then you can look it up.
16. Learn while having fun! Download games such as trivia and word games.
17. Stop procrastinating. If you can do it now, then do it.
18. Age does not matter in improving your English language. Old or young, you can still do it.
19. Look for your own way in learning. Reading? Memorizing? Watching? You name it!
20. Be aware of the difference of the American and British English. <i> Example: Aeroplane (British) , Airplane (American).
21. Debating is also an effective way of learning and improving the language. Discuss one topic and there would be more words involved!
22. Remember that your English must match the occasion. It is okay to speak informally when you are with your friends. But in a business meeting? Talk in a formal way.
23. Watch Youtube videos on how to improve your English skills.
24. Learn from your mistakes. Do not give up.
25. When someone corrects your grammar, do not be mad, be thankful. They are helping you.
