What's the difference between the pro wrestling accounts I made and other fan accounts on Steem? One example I will cite is @zer0hedge. If you check out this account, it is level 76 and states "Best of ZeroHedge.com (not affiliated)." You'll notice they link the original article in each post. Each post does appear to have a summary which I believe is original work. The account does use the ZeroHedge.com logo as the account picture.

Personally, I value @zer0hedge and I'm glad they appear to be able to post a best of fan account. When you compare this to the pro wrestling accounts that I created, I'm not sure what the difference is. I put in the description it is a fan account, and each post includes the same.

I'm curious what the rules and standards are on Steem when it comes to these types of accounts.

I also did some searching to see what constitutes a fan account on traditional social media, and how it is regulated. Twitter seems to provide the best example as you can see by these screenshots. Check the links below as the source.

As you can see, Twitter does allow fan accounts and has rules in place to regulate such accounts. Maybe in the future Steem can have fan accounts based on clarification and regulation by the blockchain, to include multi-sig accounts or smart contracts. For now, it appears that some fan accounts are fine, yet the ones I created are considered identity theft.

My last thought on this subject is something that occurred to me today. @cheetah is spamming my @jiujitsu account, slandering my name with accusations. How would @cheetah or @steemcleaners know that @jiujitsu created the accounts? Oh, that's right, because I say in the description of each account, and in every single post, that this is a fan account, and who I am. Even if they feel the need to shut down the pro wrestling fan accounts for what they consider an infraction of the rules, they do not have any evidence at all that my actual @jiujitsu account has been used in that way. It is not very smart for them to spam my account; it actually proves that the pro wrestling accounts were very transparent about it not being the content creator.

Maybe I should consider legal action against @cheetah and @steemcleaners. Is that possible? I may explore this idea very soon.
