Sometimes we humans are more hypocrites than we tend to admit the reason why I think so it that we can't totally have an altruistic assessment without a little bit of sentiments attached. **I hardly argue in a public place and the reason for this is because even if my assessment seems viable and good I'll mostly reckon with the fact that my argument might be wrong and a little bit adulterated** hence I allow people have their way even when I feel they might be wrong I also feel that one way or the other, they might just be right. The most dangerous people in life are those that feels that there's nothing wrong with their assessment or stances on others even when they know the standards they're setting for others to meet is something they themselves cannot meet. **The truth is the people who are mostly privileged always wants others to work hard to get to the top even when they had it easy.** In my opinion this is like removing the ladder when you're at the top so that people won't find it easy getting to where you've gotten.

In life I believe everything we have isn't a product of hard work and the reason I say this is because hard work is in variety all over the world **but the element of good will to hard work is success.** Sometimes a feeling of accomplishment shouldn't be tarry for long because when it does it makes people develop the mindset that they've gotten to difficult heights because they've been nothing but spotless and top notch. Luck sometimes is what people underestimate and the reason is because they hardly Understand that success doesn't only require hard work but you being present in the right place and at the right time and this isn't part of your hard work process. **Sometimes we need to stop thinking we've been guiltless but fortunate** and when we do so we'd give people the benefit of doubt, we'd see the beast in them trying to make impact and we'd see the people they'd become Irrespective of their flaws, mistakes, misdeeds and misappropriation.

About yesterday I had a really surprising encounter on steem and when I finished analysing the situation I found out that **people showcase a whole lot of hypocrisy and cover it with the fact that that they're trying to be thorough.** One thing that keeps me going is often looking a situation from a different point of view before I make judgements, and even when I finally do i have a mindset that i might be wrong and when someone tries to assert their ideologies as the supreme perception, I just stay away from complications by completely agreeing with them. *In truth, there's no truth especially with people who hardly want others to know their personality.* They build a cocoon of perfection and display it for others to see so that they could be recognised, reckoned with and rewarded! What a society! In truth we all have skeletons but the people you should fear the most are those that say they do not, because these people are upholders of uprightness in public but when you dig deep into their past, it's dark, murky and reeks of dirtiness.

In conclusion **there's the need to understand that Irrespective of the heights we've attained, somebody was there to tolerate our excesses and nurture our imperfections,** it's better to correct rather than to chide or punish. Every punishment for mistakes shouldn't be a straight forward thrust of the sword. That said we're still flesh and blood and nobody is guiltless if you're meting out a punishment be just in your assessment and be quick to overlook mistakes, some people who are in topmost positions feel everyone below should fly without wings before they're deserved of good things which is a shameless promotion of **gulf in class**, a manner of approach is really important and that's where we sometimes we lose ourselves in our accomplishment and forget to bring down our voices to the standard of humility. It's a huge shame and it's disturbing. For me I won't say I'm totally right in my assessment because there's chance I might be narrow in my adjudication and I accept this, sometimes the standards we are raising only disqualifies people, so I'll leave you with this questions have you ever considered whether your stances of judgement are 100% altruistic, transparent and fair?
