Generally, all freelancers have been hired by companies, therefore they have been employed and their work is supervised by a boss, many times being employed brings some kind of benefit such as social protection, many employees have evolved and they have risked being their own boss, that in my opinion brings many more benefits than being an employee, a freelancer has more freedom to think, his work is not a routine as he faces new challenges every day unlike the employee, I do not want to underestimate the activity of an employee, since in general all experience acquired in a company acts as a catapult to success, many do not really take advantage of this.
Some of the advantages of being freelance:
