The internet has come along way in a fairly short period of time, yet it still has many inefficiencies that would be associated to a young industry. 
- The data is scattered
- Programs and Platforms don't interoperate
- As new "pieces" of the internet are created, there is no easy method to work with the rest simultaneously

Simply stated, if there was a way to take all these platforms, data, programs, and it's personal users - and make them all work together - **The Internet would be _Transformed_**

**This is the Essentia vision.**

>Essentia is a modular decentralized interoperability and data management framework

Through providing full data ownership, whether individual or company owned, and interlinking across a multitude of services and decentralized protocols, the user can effectively become a decentralized entity on the internet. This will allow for interaction between other entities using decentralized methods such as smart contracts along with managing all platforms and data from 1 single seed.
Essentia will provide the ability of cross platform integrations and the link necessary for interoperability. The underlying framework will provide a scalable, multi-platform blockchain supported to expand to the users needs - adding wallets, dapps, and platforms with ease.
