မဂၤလာပါ။ မိမိတို႔ Myanmay Steemit Community ကို စတင္ ဖြဲ႕စည္းခဲ့ၾကေသာအခါ အဖြဲ႕အစည္း တခု၏ အသက္ျဖစ္ေသာ စည္းကမ္းခ်က္မ်ား ခ်မွတ္၍ ဖြဲ႕စည္း ထားခဲ့ျခင္း ျဖစ္ပါသည္။ MSC မွာ လြယ္လြယ္ကူ ကူ ႏွင့္ ျဖစ္ေပၚလာသည္ေတာ့ မဟုတ္ပါ။ အတိုက္အခံ မ်ား ကန္႔လန္႔ တိုက္သူမ်ား အဖြဲ႕အစည္း ပ်က္သြား ေစရန္ ႏိုင္ငံတကာႏွင့္ ရန္တိုက္ေပးၾကသူမ်ား စသည္ စသည္ျဖင့္ အမ်ိဳးမ်ိဳး ၾကံဳေတြ႕ခဲ့ၾကရပါသည္။

 ျပသနာ ေပါင္း ေျမာက္မ်ားစြာ ကို ရင္ဆိုင္ေက်ာ္ျဖတ္၍ အဖြဲ႕ အစည္း အတြင္း စည္းကမ္းတက် လိုက္နာၾကသူမ်ားအား တစိုက္မတ္မတ္ တြဲ ေခၚေနဆဲျဖစ္ပါသည္။ MSC အေစာပိုင္းကာလ ကို သိမွီ လိုက္သူမ်ားက ဤ စည္းကမ္း ခ်က္မ်ားကို ေသေသခ်ာခ်ာ သိမည္ ျဖစ္ပါသည္။ အက်ယ္ခ်ဲ႕၍ ရွင္းျပပါမည္။ စည္းကမ္း အမွတ္ (၁) တြင္ မိမိ၏ ကိုယ္တိုင္ေရးေဆာင္းပါးမ်ားကို google ၏ copyright ႏွင့္ ကင္းလြတ္ ေသာပံု မ်ားျဖင့္ တန္ဆာ ဆင္ ႏိုင္ေၾကာင္း ေဖၚျပထားပါသည္။ 

ဤ copyright ဟူေသာ မူပိုင္ခြင့္မွာ ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႔ ျမန္မာလူမ်ိဳး မ်ားႏွင့္ အတန္ငယ္စိမ္းပါသည္။ အေၾကာင္းမွာ မိမိတို႔ ျမန္မာတို႔မွာ အျခားသူမ်ား ၏ တီထြင္ ဖန္တီး ထားမႈ ၊ အျခားသူမ်ား၏ ႀကိဳစားမႈမ်ားကို တန္ဖိုးမထားတတ္၍ ျဖစ္ပါသည္။ အခ်ိဳ႕မွာ မူပိုင္ခြင့္ ဆိုသည္ကို ဘာမွန္းပင္ သိမည္မထင္ပါ။

 ဤသည္ကို ကၽြန္ေတာ့ အေနျဖင့္လည္း အျပစ္မတင္ပါ ။ အေၾကာင္းမွာ ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႔ ေန႔စဥ္ တြင္ အတု အပ မ်ားႏွင့္ သာက်င္လည္ ေနရေသာေၾကာင့္ ျဖစ္ပါသည္။ ျမန္မာ ႐ုပ္ရွင္ ၊ ဗီဒီယို မ်ားကလည္း တ႐ုတ္၊ ကုလားကား မ်ားကို တုပ၍ ျပန္႐ိုက္သည္။ သီခ်င္းစာသာမ်ားကို တုပ၍ ေရးဖြဲ႕သည္။ 

ကုန္ပစၥည္းမ်ား အတုလုပ္သည္။ ယုတ္အစြဆံုး သူတပါး ေရးထားေသာ ေဆာင္းပါးအား မိမိနာမည္ တပ္ရဲ သည္အထိ ပ်က္ႏွာ ေျပာင္ၾကသူမ်ား ျဖစ္ၾကပါသည္။ သူတပါး၏ ဖန္တီးမႈမ်ားကို တန္ဖိုး မထားၾကသည့္ အျပင္ ကိုယ္က်ိဳး အတြက္ အသံုး ခ်သူ မ်ားေၾကာင့္ ဤ copyright ဟူ ေသာ မူပိုင္ခြင့္ ဥပေဒ ေပၚေပါက္လာရျခင္း ျဖစ္ပါသည္။

 ဤ copyright ႏွင့္ ပါတ္သက္၍ တုပျခင္းႏွင့္ ဖန္တီးျခင္း မည္သို႔ ကြာျခားေၾကာင္းကို ကၽြန္ေတာ္ေရးထားေသာ ေဆာင္းပါး ေအာက္ပါ လင့္ တြင္ ဝင္ေရာက္ဖတ္ရႈႏိုင္ပါသည္။ ကၽြန္ေတာ္ ေဖၚျပလိုသည္မွာ မိမိ ေရးထားေသာ ေဆာင္းပါး ကို မိမိ နာမည္ တပ္လိုက္ျခင္းျဖင့္ မိမိ၏ ႀကိဳးစားဖန္တီး ထားမႈ ကို မူပိုင္ခြင့္ လုပ္လိုက္ျခင္း ျဖစ္ပါသည္။

 ထို႔ အတူ မိမိဆြဲထားေသာ ပန္းခ်ီအား မိမိ လက္မွတ္ထိုး လိုက္လ်င္ မိမိ၏ တီထြင္ ဖန္တီး ေရးဆြဲ ထားမႈကို မူပိုင္ခြင့္ တင္လိုက္ျခင္း ျဖစ္ပါသည္။ မိမိ တီထြင္ထားမႈကို အျခားသူက မိမိကို အသိမေပးပဲ ယူသံုး လ်င္ မိမိတို႔ ခံျပင္း ၾကသလို မိမိတို႔ ႀကိဳးစားဖန္တီး ထားမႈ မ်ားျဖင့္ အျခားသူမ်ားက အလြဲသံုးစား အက်ိဳး အျမတ္ရယူ ေနၾကလ်င္ သာ၍ ခံရခက္ပါသည္။ ဤသေဘာ အတိုင္းသာျဖစ္ပါသည္။

လက္ရွိ MSC တြင္ ေဆာင္းပါး တင္လ်က္ promotion ျဖင့္ SBD ရယူ ၾကသူမ်ား၏ ေဆာင္းပါး မ်ားတြင္ copyrights ႏွင့္ မလြတ္ကင္းေသာ ပံုမ်ားကို ေတြ႕ေနရပါသည္။ ဓါတ္ပံု မ်ားတြင္ ႐ိုက္ကူးထားသူ၏ နာမည္ ထိုးထားလ်င္ ထိုသူ ၏ မူပိုင္ျဖစ္ပါသည္။ ယူသံုး ခ်င္လ်င္ ထိုသူ၏ ခြင့္ျပဳခ်က္လိုပါသည္။ 

MSC members မ်ားအေနျဖင့္ ဤသို႔ အေသးအမြား ကိစၥမ်ားကို အေသးစိတ္ လိုက္နာရန္ လိုအပ္ပါသလား ဟု ေမးလာလ်င္ ကၽြန္ေတာ့ အေျဖမွာ တခုတည္းသာ ျဖစ္ပါသည္။ မိမိတို႔ ျမန္မာမ်ားကို ႏိုင္ငံတကာ အဆင့္ မွီေစခ်င္ပါသည္။ Steemit Platform သည္ အေရွ႕ေတာင္အာရွ အဆင့္ မဟုတ္ပါ။

 မိမိတို႔ MSC member မ်ားကလည္း ဤ Platform ေပၚသို႔ ေဆာင္းပါး ေရးတင္ေနျခင္းကို ေပါ့ေပါ့ တန္တန္ သေဘာမထားပဲ မိမိတို႔ ျမန္မာစာကို လည္း ႏိုင္ငံတကာ စံခ်ိန္စံၫြန္း ႏွင့္ အညီ ေရးသားေနၾကေၾကာင္း သက္ေသျပရန္ လိုအပ္ပါသည္။ အဘယ့္ေၾကာင့္ ဆိုေသာ္ မိမိတို႔ကို ကူညီ vote ေပးေနၾကသူတို႔ မွာ ႏိုင္ငံတကာ အသိုင္းအဝိုင္း မွ ျဖစ္ပါသည္။
