**It happened yesterday. Miloš Zeman will continue as president of the Czech Republic. We can talk about it, we can argue about that, but that's all that can we can do about it.**

"The tight result, which has been decided by about 150,000 votes, shows how the nation is divided." Such a sentence is likely to be heard many times in connection with the election. On one side the villagers, the silly simple people who have swallowed the bait to the landlord Zeman. On the other hand, the liberal Prague moonstrucks who would be able to give their vote to a squirrel, unless it was a squirrel Zeman.

Not even the President himself forget in his gratitude speech to mention how Prague can change the results.

And I say this. Let's get rid of disputes. Let's stop playing for our team, or yes, play for our team, but let the team not to be the Prague or countryside, but let the team to be the Czech Republic.

At least 48.63% of voters, coming to the elections, wanted to give a chance to Drahoš's plan to unite society and promote decency. It would be hypocritical now to start throwing dirt on the voters of Zeman. We can think that we don't have a president who will make this country better. But we can start with ourselves. Let's get along with our neighbors and relatives who have chosen Zeman, try to understand them more, try to make them understand us, do not argue, talk, discuss. Although one half wanted Zeman and one half wanted Drahoš, the good of our country want's most of us. Let's find a common ground, and we can wait for the President, who will satisfy majority together.

**Včera bylo rozhodnuto. Prezidentem se opět stal Miloš Zeman. Můžeme o tom vést spory, můžeme s tím nesouhlasit, ale to je tak všechno, co se proti tomu dá dělat.**

„Těsný výsledek, který rozhodlo přibližně 150 tisíc hlasů, ukazuje, jak je národ rozdělen.“ Takovou větu pravděpodobně uslyšíme v souvislosti s volbami ještě mnohokrát. Na jedné straně vesnice, prostí lidé, kteří naletěli velkostatkáři Zemanovi. Na druhé straně liberální pražští pomatenci, kteří by byli schopni hodit svůj hlas veverce, jen kdyby to nebyla veverka Zeman. 

Ani sám pan prezident nezapomněl při své děkovné řeči poznamenat, jak ta Praha umí s těmi hlasy zamávat. 

A já říkám toto. Nechme sporů. Přestaňme se bít za svůj tým, respektive ano, bijme se za svůj tým, ale ať tím týmem není pražská kavárna či vidlákov, ale ať je tím týmem Česká Republika. 

Minimálně 48,63% voličů, příchodivších k volbám, dalo hlas Drahošově vizi spojovat společnost a prosazovat slušnost. Bylo by pokrytecké nyní začít házet špínu na voliče Zemana. Nemusíme si myslet, že máme prezidenta, který bude tuto republiku dělat lepší. Ale můžeme tu Republiku začít dělat lepší my. Můžeme začít u sebe. Pojďme se udobřit s našimi sousedy a příbuznými, kteří volili Zemana, snažme se je více pochopit, snažme se, aby oni pochopili nás, nehádejme se, diskutujme. Ačkoli jednu nebo druhou možnost volila polovina, o dobro naší země nám jde většině. Najděme společnou řeč a na prezidenta, který bude vyhovovat převážné většině, si můžeme ještě počkat.
