Can a man also try this because I always see only women doing this even an African girls as well. If yes how would I get a training for this..

So far I haven't done it myself with yoga yet. However, a very good friend of mine has been practicing yoga for several years now and he keeps raving about it.

I am really not sure who would lay down and try to hold my 6'7ft, 250pound body on the of their legs? lolol I am not sure who would put their life on the line? :P haha I am pretty sure I would be the "BASE" most of the time... No flying for me... lol 

Love what you guys are doing with Steemit School because it represents exactly what I think should be. And, that is helping each other and meeting people and making friends from all around the world. I think it is the best thing about Steemit. So sending you a big high five for Steemit school and promoting health, and exercise through your acro yoga classes. I practice regular yoga about 2-3 times a week. 

If you remember I am basketball player who played for Sacramento State. And I am wondering now if you went to any of Sacramento Kings games jet and met Brandon Lawson jet? lolol

Very good choice to do the acroyoga. Tell me one thing, to do it, is it necessary to have the skinny complexion or someone a little overweight can do without risk of injury ???

Does this count? xD hahaha It was tough but we made it look better after... I also heard we're gonna have every month one class, so I think I found my new hobby :)

PS I managed to fix my Dlive, so I can watch videos now... That Throne pose is still hard for me :D
