Everybody never knows the marvellous Ramens✨名もなきラーメン

I went to a ramen restaurant that opened in February.The name of the ramen restaurant is "Nameless ramen".
The ramen I ordered was sour ramen with apple vinegar.The noodles are kneaded with green shiso leaf.It is texture like pasta.
I want to eat this again!

2月に天六にオープンした名もなきラーメンへ行ってきました。
UNCHIグループのラーメン屋さんです！

店内には結構な音量でミスチルの曲が流れています！

メニューリストを見てもどんな味なのか分かりません^_^;
そして何と注文していいのかわかりません^_^;

左から黒·白·赤でいいようです。

醤油ベースにリンゴ酢を使ったラーメンということで酸っぱいラーメンでした！
酸っぱいラーメン初めて食べました☆

大きめのレアチャーシューも、トロトロの厚切りチャーシューも美味しかったですよ〜。
チャーシューと水菜の色合いもキレイですね。

スープがキラキラしてました。
こちらは貝の旨味を感じるラーメンでした！

どちらのラーメンも麺に大葉が練り込んであります。

サラダ味のじゃがりこのように見えます(*^^*)笑
この麺、ラーメンというよりパスタの麺に近い食感です！

酸っぱいのは初めてなので不思議な感覚でしたよ！
麺からは大葉の感じはあまりしませんでしたけど、おいしかったです(^^)
