Yes I agree it starts with ourselves and especially with learning to love, value and appreciate ourselves, because if we don't then others won't and that leads to a bad downward spiral! Often we don't notice how much we have been putting ourselves down and we see that then huge change can happen.

Thanks for you post. I do energy healing too, and have enjoyed some of Gregg Braden's work with heart and emotion energy.

Exactly man. "Be the change you want to see in the world." That includes the deeper more personal level. As the Zoastrians live by: "Good thoughts, good words, good deeds."

None of us are perfect, but I've noticed you've been a great example of this love, peace, and joy and maybe it's because of thoughts on controlling your emotions like this. Appreciate you man. Keep kicking ass. Not to sound cliche or anything but you're a bit of an inspiration.

Releasing self-judgment and practicing self-love, along with really recognizing the value of the work I've dedicated myself to are making it easier and easier to really hear & receive praise.
