Hey Actifitters and Steemians,

 

I had my son’s school Parents Teachers Association meeting to attend to later in the morning and since this is my first time of attending it in his first year in secondary school I didn’t know how long the meeting will last but based on my experence with that of his primary school I reckon it will be a long meeting and since I had indicated interest in @cryptospa’s challenge I thougth it was best to go for an early morning walk. I missed the automaticwin not by choice but because the phone battery died before I could get to the 10k. It’s a good, the exercise was worth it.

Brokendown fuel tank truck on the wrong side of the road

 

I saw a brokendown fuel tank truck packed on the wrong side of the road, chances are that it had break failure and tried to use the road partition to stop the vehichle but it claimed over and stopped on the other side of the road, we are used to hearing incidents like this, we are lucky this one didn’t fall over and it might probably be empty too. When these accidents happen sometimes and the fuel tank is overturned and its’ content discahrged you see loads of uninformed people rushing to the area with containers to scoop for fuel. This is very dangerous and we have had nomerious times how one mad man decides to smoke a ciger and the same time. The news you see next on TV is so disguisting because you see so many burnt dead bodies everywhere. We are luck nothing of such happened in this case.

I left home and drove to my kid’s school by 10:30 am and before 11 am I was there at the nick of time. The event started at 11 am on the dot but I was 10 agenda I was given in the meeting notice sheet when I was offered a seat. 10 agenda, are we planning to take over the world. Lol. That was too long for me but I was already hear so I guess I better listen and hear what it is all about. I then remembered I was supposed to take a picture of myself for the @cryptospa challenge so here is one of me at the PTA meeting wondering are we done yet? Lol.

The meeting finally ended by 3pm. The main thing I got from the meeting was that we need to collaborate, parents, teachers and management of the school to give our kids the best quality education the need. We were also mandated to by laptops for our kids before the start of the next term so that all kids will start conforming the CBT (computer based training) scheme the school has been implementing. They gave us some take away snacks but I couldn’t see a lot of parents eating them immediately. Lol. Their hunger must have exceeded mine. Lol. For some reasons they served the snacks just as the meeting was ending. Apperently, I was informed by one of the older parents that if they served it earlier some parents will leave without hearing the reason for calling the PTA meeting in the first place. I guess some kids character don’t go away even when some people are married and have kids of your own. Lol.

I got home had some real good food, my Mrs. was asking me what we discussed at the meeting but I was giving her the signal that I had to finish this food before saying anything. Lol. I had just 9k count in the bag so I had to go for an early morning evening walk to build up my count so that I meet up with the challenge. Nice to say I did it. Yeah!!!
