I see something like this using [Doge](http://www.livebitcoinnews.com/dogetipbot-forced-shut-due-lack-operational-funds/) ran into problems. I'd hope Steemit security will help to avoid something similar. I guess people could create their own personal bot to tip on their behalf. For memos, could we have something like "@tippy tip fredbloggs 0.01 STEEM and say Thanks for the cool demo".
