양푼이 동태찌개
오늘은 어디로 가면 맛집이 있을까요. 그야 맛있는 음식점으로 가면 맛집이지요. 겨울에 제철음식 바로 동태찌개입니다. 누구나 좋아하는 서민음식으로 자리잡았습니다. 그런데 동해안에서 명태가 사라지고 있어 복원을 한다고 명태알을 부화시켜서 바다에 방류를 하고 했지요.

생태, 명태, 동태, 황태, 북어, 노가리 등 참으로 불리는 이름이 많습니다, 너무많이 잡아서 그동안 고기가 없었는지 아니면 지구 온난화로 인하여 더이상 동해바다로 안돌아 오는지 알수 없겠지만 그래도 지난번에는 방류의 성과인지 지난 12월에 많은 명태를 잡았다고 합니다. 겨울철엔 생태가 제일 좋습니다.

동태찌개, 생태찌개, 조기찌개, 낙지동태찌개, 알탕, 동태찜, 낙지동태찜과 신설된 매뉴인 명태조림이 있습니다. 알이나 고니는 추가로 하실수 있습니다. 동태찌게에는 알과 고니가 들어가야 제맛이 나기에 추가로 주문을 했습니다.대구탕과 아구찜은 추가로 메뉴를 만들었나 봅니다.

말그대로 양푼이 한가득 동태찌개가 나옵니다. 보기만해도 배가 부릅니다. 엄청난 양과 맛있는냠새에  정말 눈길을 끄는 음식입니다. 반찬은 네가지가 적당한것 같습니다. 어차피 본메뉴가 맛있어 반찬은 손이 가지 않습니다.
