Despite the obvious and glaring issues, this platform is the best thing on the internet. I would have thought the fact I remain here and that I am forking it would say that I esteem this platform quite highly. 

But the people who are its guardians and defenders, let you run amok, scaring away the newbies who don't adore you, who find your trolling disgusting, and then, those who, like me, spent a lot longer, and learned more about what really goes on here, who are speaking out in order to embarass those absentee landlords into making the necessary repairs, and putting assholes like you in your rightful place.

Your real issue is that I don't act like your parents, scared of a pathetic little child who they spoiled, by refusing to discipline your natural attempts to assert yourself. I may have had problems for the first part of my life because I lacked an emotionally accessible father, but at least I was not spoiled and turned into a monster.
