Greetings friends and fellow food lovers. It feels so good to participate in this awesome contest. Although I've been down with sickness for days but still couldn't miss the opportunity of participating in this amazing contest because am a food lover. It is advisable to have a complete meal daily which comprises of breakfast,launch and dinner in it's right proportion for a healthy living. So today I will like to take you all on a toil of my complete 3 square meal,enjoy the ride 💃💃💃💃💃

I always love to enjoy my hot tea and bread with fried egg every morning. It makes me feel warm. Although some morning I don't take the complete dose which include bread and fried egg bit I must make sure I take hot tea so tht my body can be warm.

 ### How much it cost to prepare my breakfast.

>According to coingecko, 1 steem is approximately 200 naira.
For my breakfast;
• The bread is 500 naira which is equivalent to 2.5steem.
• 2 eggs is 100 naira which is equivalent to 0.5steem.
• A sachet of peak milk and Milo is 200 naira which is equivalent to 1steem.

***In total,my breakfast costs 800 naira which is equivalent to 4steem.***

Launch are not always fixed for me because most times I eat outside my house. It can be spaghetti, beans, rice, junk or anything it's not always fixed  for me so for today my launch is white rice and stew which I ate at the market when I went to buy food stuffs for my dinner.

> To buy a plate of rice and stew from the restaurant where I eat costs 400 naira which is equivalent to 2 steem excluding meat because I really don't like the woman's meat but her food is very sweet. So my launch costs 2 steem.

Total ingredients used in preparing my pot of soup cost me 1,700 naira which is equivalent to 8.5 steem at the rate of 200 per steem.

### <center>PROCEDURE FOR COOKING</center>

• First I washed my vegetable leaf and my okro with my onions and after washing them separately I sliced them separately.

• Secondly, I steamed my meat, washed my fish and steam it together with my meat.

Next thing I did was to out a dry pot on fire and add my red oil,after boiling the oil for few minutes I added my okro and stir till satisfaction then I added my other ingredients and cooked till my desired taste and stir.

Finally, I poured my vegetable and cooked for 5 minutes to soften the vegetable, and yes my food is ready. Dinner is served, very fresh and yummy.
