Observing the situation in the world now, many people ask me how life is going on in China now.
There are many rumors, so I’ll just tell you how real things are in China now.

... A few days ago it was officially announced the last Wuhan, who recovered from the coronavirus.

... China is completely closed to foreigners from March 28.
If you read about the imported virus in China and the scandals in connection with this, about a new outbreak, etc., then just know that no foreigners can officially enter China from March 28. Therefore, all "external deliveries of the virus" are deliveries ONLY from the Chinese, who, through the transition from Russia to China, are already infected through China. It doesn’t matter if they are Chinese with Chinese passports, or Chinese with European or American passports. But these are NOT FOREIGNERS. Just because there are no new foreigners from China since March 28, and all the foreigners who entered China before March 28 sat on the border for 14 days in quarantine.

... Due to the fact that in China they are officially talking about new imported cases, while ordinary Chinese have “imported = foreigners”, xenophobia has flooded China.
Have you heard about this or not, but the last month in the internal networks have been booming stories of all this. Blacks, Indians, Russians - it doesn’t matter what color the skin is, they experienced moments when they were not allowed in hotels, restaurants, business and shopping centers.
From simply “you should not” and “we were told not to let foreigners in” to major showdowns, when blacks in Guangzhou lived and spent the night on the street because they were evicted from hotels and they had nowhere to live.
The Chinese ambassador in Nigeria was called, the blacks in Africa burned some plant, the African and Chinese leaders talked, and came to the conclusion that "peace, friendship, international love of all nations."
In fact, it grew into a decree or resolution that has been issued, I don’t know how to do it, in Chinese and English that if you weren’t allowed to go somewhere, you weren’t checked into a hotel, you weren’t allowed to enter, and so on - take pictures of everyone, record in the video, who and where, to call the indicated numbers, that is, "no - xenophobia."
In fact, it practically does not work.
Nobody informs the lower staff that there are no foreigners entering China since March 28, most Chinese continue to think that they have put into their heads that foreigners are importing and spreading the virus, and many continue to face the fact that they are somewhere not allowed.
I, in our area, have not encountered this. But we have almost a village here. Two large foreign restaurants: Czech and Russian, a lot of foreigners living.
It’s hard not to let us in somewhere.
But with the fact that the Chinese turn their heads or jump to the side when they come to meet me, I have already encountered twice. Funny and sad.

... Nobody canceled the mask mode. Everyone is wearing masks. Running in a mask is hard for me, so I rarely run. Well, like everyone is masked. Someone on the chin, someone not wearing, someone taking off periodically and so on. But, in general, everyone walks, walks, and masks on the beach.

... In May, schools seem to start in offline learning. Now mass testing of schoolchildren for coronavirus.

... You can test for coronavirus on your own, for a fee, 170-190 yuan (1700-1900 rubles) in government clinics, in order to receive official paper from them electronically, as I understand it, so that you are healthy.
Such a test is required, for example, now, when checking into hotels in Guangzhou.

... Still some foreigners are not allowed into some condominiums (bastards). For example, I could not get a haircut from a hairdresser I knew, because I still can’t go to them in the bastard, but she goes to ours calmly, so she came to me.

... I still put a health code on iPhone. Incidentally, not on purpose. Because I needed a friend in a nearby bastard. The guards now have three QR codes that you can scan.
I don’t know what each of them means, but as it turned out, I need to scan one using my Chinese phone number, which immediately showed green and that I had not left our area over the past month.
Digitalization is firmly embedded in our lives. About it, you generally need to write separately.
In short, without the health code on your smartphone in China, now you can neither drive anywhere, nor go through, or go somewhere.
The health code is just tracking you, the same “chip in the smartphone” that knows where you were, where you went, what you visited, and, as a conclusion, that you have been in China in your area for the past 30 days. In my opinion, it tracks the last 3 months of movements, if I understand correctly.

... Czech and Russian restaurants work in our area (it is not Russian, the Russians just opened it for European cuisine). There are many people every day.
So it was there when we came to eat a sandwich last week.

... China launched domestic flights, there are still no external ones.

... Tourism is also planned this year only domestic and on a small scale. Foreign tourism is only spoken about in the plans for the next Chinese New Year, that is, the winter of 2012.

... Foreigners who are in China now all live under the status of "extension of the right to reside in China." China is closed, there are no departures from it, borders are closed, so all foreigners who have run out of a visa, or the entry-exit window, continue to live on an automatic visa extension.
At first they extended it for 60 days, then another 30 days, and it seems like they want it for another 60 days later.
Apparently, as the borders open, these extensions will be removed, and foreigners will be ordered to leave China to the country that will open the borders with China.
Nothing is clear here, so we just live and observe.
Those with work visas live on work visas and extend them inside China without any problems.

... I won’t get into politics. This is in terms of a showdown between the countries that proposed together with China to figure out where the coronavirus came from, where it came from, what kind of virus it is, in order to understand how to deal with it and prevent something like that in the future.
China officially refused to participate in such a "debriefing."
I am very surprised. Why not understand the efforts of the whole world, in a collective circle of the best European, Australian, American and Chinese doctors?
The World Council of Virologists and Biologists with one goal: to understand and not to allow, is the best way to understand what happened after the pandemic.
After all, after any accident, after any emergency, there is a debriefing in order to understand and prevent in the future.
And in this case, when the epidemic swept the whole world, in my opinion, the question is to understand and understand, it is most acute.
In general, wait and see.
And we have the last 28 days. Bright sun, warm, almost summer.
In general, everything is opened in China, but the fear that everything can happen again remained in people's heads, of course. Hence the fear of foreigners. You have to be afraid of someone. Not yourself, not a Chinese neighbor.

... Ah, yes, I forgot one more moment. Now, Ukhans - Hubeis are nowhere to be hired.
Remember the beautiful posters "Wuhan, you and I", "Hang on, Wuhan."
So, on the posters, and left in the past.
In reality, Wuhan opened up, people went to China, wherever, to work, as before, and no one was hiring them.
A new decision had to be issued at the state level so that they would not be denied work on the basis of residence.
In short, if there is xenophobia and racism - they are manifested in everything, then and there.
Today it is aimed at one group of people, tomorrow - at another, the day after tomorrow - at a third.

Be all healthy.
