I sincerely believe the thing that separates G R E A T people from G O O D people is doing things when you don't want to.

Anybody can go on a 3-mile run when they feel amazing. You just got that big promotion at work. You just asked out the girl/guy of your dreams and they said yes. 

 You feel amazing, so you want to compound that great feeling with even MORE great feeling. So it's easy to go for that run.

But can you go on that same 3-mile run when you aren't feeling good? When life punches you square in the face to see how you deal with it? If your spouse says they're going to divorce you? If your business collapses? If your favorite crypto goes to 0 ;) 

The point is, If you're feeling like shit and tired and depressed and can't drag yourself off the couch. Will you go for that run then?
