Betterlife | the diary game | 07-08-2021

Hi, Friends, How are you all, I hope you all again fit n fine along with your family, near and dear in this pandemic time.

Welcome to a better life for My diary 🎯 game?

🌅 SUNRISE🌅

Today in the bramimurtha I woke up at 5 am on my right-hand side chanting wake up mantra looking on my hands. I immediately praising my parent's photo kept in our bedroom. I went to the washroom where I did brush and washing face, after drinking luke-warm water I moved to morning walk.
After reaching my regular track I started a brisk walk after 45 minutes brisk walk I came back home. where I drink pippali Rasayana milk. After some time I went to our terrace I did pranayama, Mudra and meditation.
Now I took a bath dressed up and go to the pooja room where I chanted the Gayatri mantra 108 times.
Then I have finished my breakfast, today I ate millet upma and curds with pickles.

🔅 AFTERNOON 🔅

From last day evening, I had a feeling of some itching on the skin so I booked an appointment to consult a skin specialist doctor near our house cause of lockdown in our city. I went to, a physician after a check-up he prescribed certain medicine, when I came out from the medical centre I took photos of that clinic. after reaching home I washed my hands.

Now time to have my lunch today I had Ragi ball, capsicum curry and little buttermilk rice. after having my lunch I had watched stock market updates on money control.com and after some time I went to a midday nap.

🌙 EVENING🌙

I woke up around 5 pm from midday sleep I ate blackberries and dressed up to go to the medical store to buy prescribed medicine by the skin specialist, After taking the medicine I took photos of that medical store.

🌚 NIGHT🌚

After reaching home I immediately wanted my hands and started to watching social media, I had updated steemit notifications,
In the meantime, I started to write today's steemit diary and I had my dinner, I took the medicine as directed by the physician and go to bed.
This is how my other lockdown Monday slipped away from my life.
