ULOG DAY 33:" Roll to Develop your Body"
Rolling our body supports to maintain a proper posture and proper movement of our joints. Not all the people can do it and most of all, not of those who can do it have done it right and can become admirable through his complete movement. Because of this, we need to know the precise steps to roll our body fitting for our strength. 

**Rolling Forward**
1 Find an extensive space suitable for gymnastics. 
2 Scrunch down to the ground at the border of the space. Face in front. 
3 Put your palms on the floor in the middle of legs. 
4 Bend your head until the back of your neck is dragged on the floor while thighs are raised. 
5 Kick your legs forward so you can roll your body like the ball that rolls forward until the legs are placed to the floor and then we will go back to our proper standing position. 

**Rolling Backward**
1 Squat as the back is your body is facing the foam. 
2 Put your butt to the floor and roll backward until your shoulders are placed on foam along placing the hands in which the fingers point out the body. 
3 Push your hands to the foam and give your headspace as it comes out. 
4 Pull your knee closer to your chests and continue feeling the progress towards standing position. 

**Let's Try!**
After the workout, do the following in rolling our body with combinations. 
1 Run shortly and roll forward. 
 2 Do the two consecutive rollings forward that is continuing to a standing position. 
3 Try a jump-frog at roll forward. 
4 Try the crab walk continually backward to roll. 

**Rolling the Legs**
Our legs can only roll itself to strengthen our joins and to build a leg hamstring. Bicycling is the best way to do it or even stationary bikes at the gym.

**Extras**
To add more ideas in rolling, do the following: 
1 Sit down where legs are wide apart and roll forward to the standing position.
2 Straight your one leg behind your back and the other leg is bent as raising your hips while rolling your body forward. 
3 From the long sitting position, roll your body forward until you can stand up straightly. 
4 From the one tipped toe, roll backward that will end into tiptoed position. 

**Warning:**
This workout should be developed properly to help strengthen our joints, muscles, and our body. These are the ways to achieve flexibility and light movement. Our looks will also be transformed into more attractive.
