 !steemitworldmap 16.446605 lat 120.589242 long Daily Cafe d3scr  Armed with my worn out umbrella and cap, I headed on for a walk. Coming here to Daily Cafe was not really my initial plan. The plan was to check out an art studio then check another Japanese Restaurant. However, on my way to the studio, it rained. I just passed by Daily Cafe so I headed back there.   This is beside the road thus accessible and convenient. Parking is a question though for there is limited to none. You can probably park nearby. Better commute or walk coming here.   There's nothing fancy in this cafe other than the paintings hanging on the counter and a couple on the dining area which is almost bare other than wall painting of coffee making process and chocolate making process.    Their menu is one page which consists of breakfast and rice meals and beverages like cold press or hot coffee.  The classic pancake is the only variety available so I tried that and then I noticed Highland Egg Coffee. I ordered for that and I was set. While waiting for order, which took at least 5 minuts or so, I did some photo taking around the place.      There is a handful of books that you can read while at the cafe. They also have herbal tea for sale. I saw my favorite locally made chocolate - Dulche - but they only have one available bar but it's not my favorite flavor. It's a keto chocolate, curious but not enough to buy it. i like the basket it was placed in because it is made out of old newspapers. We used to make at school when I was a kid. They also have coffee roasted, ground and packed by another local coffee shop owned by a friend of mine. I will be making a blog about that in the future. They use locally grown coffee here in Benguet and nearby provinces and regions. They also use organic egg in their coffee and food.    Highland Egg Coffee is arabica coffee topped with a mixture of milk and fresh egg. I like how frothy the top is and how it slowly drips to the coffee below it. I tasted it first and it was sweet - a tad sweeter than I would like so I gave it a stir using the provided stirrer. That made it all the difference.   The coffee is strong and it's the way I like it. For the first two seeps I can already feel the kick. Bliss. I didn't taste the egg but maybe because my taste is not that sensitive.   The Classic Pancake is just that - classic but I like how it melts in your mouth. It's not as big in size than the ones I was used to and it's not as compact but still yummy and fresh. The syrup and butter were just right. The way they made it is perfect pair to the coffee. All in all, it was a satisfying experience. The price is affordable and the place overall is pleasant. There is enough light to brighten the place. The use of warm lights make it cozy. Daily Cafe is located Km.5 Pico Road, La Trinidad, near Tugos Trading and Blue Ocean. It's just a few steps from the public market.
