Die zur überwachung von Dieselfahrzeugen geplante Maßnahme der Bundesregierung stößt im Bundestag auf massive Ablehnung.
Sämtliche Oppositionsfraktionen äußerten trotz Nachbesserungen am ursprünglichen Gesetzentwurf ihre datenschutzschutzrechtliche Bedenken.
Es sei völlig unverhältnismäßig eine massenhafte Überwachung von Autofahrern wegen einer Ordnungswidrigkeit durhczusetzten kritisierte als Beispiel die FDP.
Die Idee kam von Andreas Scheier der in Fahrverbots-Zonen Nummernschilder automatisch erfassen möchte.
Zumden ist auch vorgesehen Bilder des Fahrzeugs und Fahrers anzufertigen.
