<div class="text-justify"> Saludos a toda esta gran comunidad; el día de ayer mi país entro en la lista de países con el COVID-19. De verdad desde que dieron la noticia oficial me ha causado gran angustia; a pesar de ser una persona que se ha interesado por investigar sobre el coronavirus y cumplir las recomendaciones de prevención. No deja de causarme angustia ya que mi madre es una persona de 64 años y ella tiene otras patologías como hipertensión, diabetes y asma.
Sigo en la búsqueda de la medicina natural para fortalecer aún más las defensas de los que viven conmigo. Hoy les muestro la planta de la cúrcuma que es: </div>
> La cúrcuma es una planta con hojas largas y brillantes con una altura de hasta 1 metro y posee unas largas raíces de color naranja o amarillo intenso. Un dato interesante es que es uno de los ingredientes del curry, el cual es otro condimento muy utilizando en la cocina hindú. Su nombre científico es Curcuma longa y puede ser comprada en tiendas de productos naturales, algunas farmacias y en algunos mercados.

• Y es antibacteriana
<div class="text-justify"> En nuestro organismo actúa ayuda a prevenir las gripes, evita las crisis de asma, ayuda al sistema inmune. Solo con estas condiciones, considero que es excelente planta medicinal; para este momento que esta el COVID-19 en nuestro país.
Esta mañana se realizó un té de cúrcuma, el cual todos tomamos en casa. </div>

# Cómo hacer Té de Cúrcuma
• Selecciona la raíz de la Cúrcuma y la lavas bien.
• Luego la rallas o picas trocitos.
• Agrégale Agua y llévalo a la cocina hasta que hierva.
• Deja enfriar un poco y tómalo en ayuna.
> How to make Turmeric Tea
• Select the turmeric root and wash it well.
• Then grate or chop the pieces.
• Add water and bring it to the kitchen until it boils.
• Let cool a little and take it on an empty stomach.
