『学习笔记の31』理气药

气是人体中活力极强的精微物质，与精对应，气的特点就是运动不息。人体中气的功能主要有：推动与调节、温煦与凉润、固摄、防御等。

当人体的气出现气滞、气逆、气陷、气虚、气不固等问题时，就需要理气药对气进行调理。

气以动为安，无论是气的哪一种问题，最终都反映在气的运动上。所以理气药的性质多属于辛温发散。

人体的气，一旦出现问题，症状之中多少都会有痛的存在，痛则不通。理气药通过行气使脏腑经络通畅，所以理气药多能行气止痛。

由于理气药辛温发散的特性，所以容易耗气伤阴。
