Why do many of us believe that we have to source our fruits and vegetables from the shops or markets. Even city folk, like myself, can have some plants growing around the house, in small city gardens or even on a small balcony.  We have two posts today demonstrating some ways to grow plants in your house. Third post is on the theme of ethical shopping.
